b) Formalisation of the purchase
This information and the details contained in this website do not constitute an offer to sell, but an invitation to do business. No contract will exist between you and us in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If your offer is not accepted and your account has already been debited, you will be refunded in full.
To place an order, you must follow the online checkout procedure and click on "Finalise payment". You will then receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, as your order constitutes an offer by you to us to purchase one or more products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email confirming that the product is being shipped ("Shipping Confirmation"). The contract for the purchase of a product between us will only be formed when we send you the "Shipping Confirmation".
c) Technical Means for Correcting Errors
In case you detect an error when entering your personal data during your registration as a user of this web page, you will be able to modify them in the section "My Account".
In any case, you will be able to correct errors related to the personal data provided during the purchase process by contacting CHARANGA S.L. by phone at 952247410, or by email at charanga@charanga.es, as well as to exercise the right of rectification contemplated in our Privacy Policy at charanga@charanga.es.
This website displays confirmation windows in various sections of the purchase process that do not allow you to proceed with the order if the data in these sections have not been provided correctly. This website also provides details of all the items you have added to your basket during the purchase process, so that, before making the payment, you can modify the details of your order.
If you detect an error in your order after the completion of the payment process, you should immediately contact our customer service department at the above telephone number or email address to rectify the error.
d) Territory.
For territories where our services are available, please consult: Shipping information.
e) Availability of products
All orders for products are subject to availability and, in this regard, if there are difficulties in supplying the products, or if there are no items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value which you may order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
f) Delivery.
We will ship the order of the products listed in the "Shipping Confirmation", within a maximum period of THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date you received the confirmation, unless extraordinary and/or unforeseeable circumstances occur.
For the purposes of this website, "delivery" of the product(s) shall be deemed to have taken place from the moment in which you sign for receipt of the product(s) at the delivery address you have given us, either by you or by a third party indicated by you. In the event that delivery is impossible (incorrect or incomplete address, no one is at the address provided, etc.), you will be given a notice indicating where the package is and how to proceed to collect it.
Once delivery has been made, you will be responsible for the risks associated with the products.
You will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due in relation to them, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if this takes place at a later time.
Charanga shall not be liable for failure or delay in meeting the delivery date due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure):
Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (whether declared or not), threat or preparation for war.
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
Inability to use trains, ships, planes, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.
Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.
Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of other governments.
Strike, failure or accidents in maritime or river transport, postal or any other type of transport.
Our obligation to perform under any Contract shall be deemed to be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure Event continues and we shall have an extension of time to perform our obligation for the duration of such period. We will use all reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution whereby we can perform our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.
If you have opted for in-store delivery, your order may be delivered to the shop selected by you for such delivery. You may either collect the order in person (for which you must present the order number and your ID card) or appoint another person to collect the order on your behalf, in which case that person must present the order number together with your ID card (i.e. the ID card of the person appointed).
g) Price and Payment Methods
The price of each product will be the one shown at all times on this website, except in the event of a manifest error. If we notice an error in the price of the product or products in your order, we will contact you immediately to give you the option of either reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. Charanga will not be obliged to supply you with the product(s) at the incorrect lower price, even if we have sent you the "Shipping Confirmation" if the error in the price is evident, obvious and unequivocal and could have been reasonably recognised by you as an incorrect price.
The prices on the website include VAT and exclude shipping costs which will be added to the total amount due. For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, prices will be applied excluding VAT, without prejudice to the application of taxes and duties that may apply in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories, which shall be borne by the customer in all cases. Likewise, for deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, any customs costs that may be incurred (SAD, etc.) will always be paid by the customer.
Charanga reserves the right to modify the prices published on the website at any time. However, this modification will not affect orders for which the "Shipping Confirmation" has already been sent.
Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will have been added to your basket and the next step is to process the order and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in or checking the information requested at each step. Likewise, during the purchase process, before making the payment, you will be able to modify the details of your order. A detailed description of the checkout process is available in the Shopping Guide.
In the online shop you can pay with the payment methods specified in the section FAQs (Available payments methods) of our website.
If you pay by debit card, the charge will be made to your account in real time. In the event that the payment is made by credit card, as these are subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing entity, if the entity does not authorise the payment, Charanga will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery, as, not having received the payment, there is no obligation to you; and this is without prejudice to the notification of the refusal of the card.
By clicking on "Authorise Payment" you are confirming that the credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate holder of the gift card or subscription card.
With regards to payment by card, mention should be made of Article 46 of Law 7/1996. According to this Article:
1. When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or unduly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder shall be made as soon as possible.
2. However, if the purchase has actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for reimbursement is not the consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination recognised in Article 44 and, therefore, the cardholder has unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, he shall be obliged to compensate the vendor for the data and damages caused as a consequence of said cancellation.
h) VAT and invoicing
In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992 of 28 December 1992 on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles shall be understood to be located in the territory where Spanish VAT applies if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be that legally in force at any given time depending on the specific article in question.
For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT in accordance with the provisions of article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories. You expressly authorise us to issue the invoice in electronic format, although you may at any time indicate your wish to receive a paper invoice, in which case we will issue and send the invoice in this format.

The products are deemed to be in conformity with the contract provided that (i) they conform to the description made by us and possess the qualities that we have presented on this website, (ii) they are suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are normally intended and (iii) they present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that can be reasonably expected. In this regard, if any of the products are not in conformity with the contract, you must bring this to our attention by following the procedure detailed in the following points.
Legal guarantee
The legal guarantee is the guarantee on the sale of consumer goods established by European Directive 2019/771, incorporated into the national legal system through Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, which protects you when the products purchased are not in accordance with the contract of sale. This happens, for example, when the product does not correspond to the description given by the seller or is defective, when it is not suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are normally intended, or, when it is not suitable for the special use requested by the consumer from the seller and the latter has admitted the suitability of the product for such use. You are entitled to claim the statutory warranty from the seller of the product. If the product you have purchased has a defect covered by the legal warranty, you are entitled to demand the repair or replacement of the defective product from the seller, free of charge. You are entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract in the following cases: (a) if the seller does not complete the repair or replace the product within a reasonable time (b) if a lack of conformity appears despite the seller's attempt to resolve it (c) if the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination of the contract (d) if the seller declares that it will not bring the product into conformity within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to the consumer. Please note that you will not be able to request termination of the contract if the lack of conformity is minor.
The legal guarantee covers defects of conformity that become apparent within three years of delivery of the product.
j) Right of withdrawal. Returns and Exchanges Policy. Return of Defective Products. Exchanges and returns of products purchased on promotion. Returns in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Return Form
Right of Withdrawal
If you are buying as a consumer, the current regulations recognise your right to withdraw from the contract within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS [C4] from receipt of the order without the need for justification. However, you will have a period of THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of receipt of your order to withdraw from any purchase made on the Charanga Outlet website. In the event that you make use of this right, you will be refunded the price paid for the garments purchased in accordance with our Returns Policy.
The right to cancel your purchase will only apply to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. You must also include all instructions, documents and product packaging. No refund will be made if the product has been used or damaged.
This provision does not affect the rights recognised to the consumer by current legislation.
