Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange the purchased articles within 30 DAYS in any of the shops of our group: Charanga Outlet, Charanga or Top Top (except El Corte Inglés corners) or by sending them to the following address (in this case the client will have to take care of the shipping costs):

You must return the item, as well as its original packaging, instructions and/or documentation that may accompany it. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for underwear or items purchased in another country.

Charanga will effect the refund as soon as possible, in any case within the period of fourteen (14) days from the date in which you informed us of your decision to return the product.

We recommend that, if you wish to return any product and have any doubts, you contact our Customer Service Department via the contact form on the website., by e-mail at tienda@charangaoutlet.com or by telephone on +34 952 247 410 (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00).

The refund policy is subject to changes depending on the promotion valid in each case. .

Changes and returns of promotional items

The exchanges and returns of items acquired with a promotion are subject to the nature of the promotion and will be detailed in the "current Promotions"

Return in shop

This method of return is the fastest and most enviromentally friendly method, as you won't need additional packaging. Simply bring the items you want to return and your receipt, you don't have to print it out either as you will have access to it from your customer account.

The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your order. We will make your refund effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days following the date on which you made the return in shop.

You can go to any of our group's shops: Charanga Outlet, Charanga or Top Top. It is important to remember that you will not be able to make your return in El Corte Inglés centres.

Return by post

if you do not have a Charanga shop nearby, you can always return the goods by post to the following address (in this case the customer will be responsible for the postage and packing charges):

To do this we recommend you use the same packaging in which you received it to avoid generating additional waste, you must include with the items you want to return the invoice of your purchase (you will have access to it in your customer account).

Once the goods have been received and examined, the amount paid will be refunded or the charge made to your account will be reimbursed, if the conditions established for this are met (items that have not been worn or damaged, return of original packaging, etc.). Products that are not in the same condition in which they were received or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product will not be exchanged or returned.

If you wish to change size or colour, you can also do so in our shops, or by post, these changes are subject to stock availability at the time of the change.

To make the change by post, you will have to request it beforehand using the contact form on the website. Tell us your order number, the items you want to exchange and the new size or colour requested. Once we receive your order in our headquarters, we will check the availability of these items, and they will be shipped. If the requested item is not available, we will proceed with the refund.

However, if you would prefer to exchange your item for another model, you will need to make a return and place a new order.

We will make your return effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the return was made in shop, or the order is received at our facilities. Once the condition of the goods has been checked, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for your online purchase. If you wish to have the amount refunded to your account balance, please let us know. Once the refund has been made you will receive an email informing you of the refund.
